integrative mental health care.
Healing is a multi-faceted, deeply personal process. By combining a traditional clinical psychology approach with compassionate, trauma-informed therapy, I can give you the tools to reconnect with yourself and own your story.
Introducing
Rosanna Heyden
Hi, my name is Rosanna and I am a trauma-informed therapist and yoga teacher passionate about helping my clients find the connection and capacity to heal in their own time and own their own terms. My approach is informed by my studies in psychology and healing, which allows me to show up as the person that I was searching for during the times when I struggled the most. As my client, you will receive a personalised, unique and gentle approach to your needs.
“Your conflicts, all the difficult things, the problematic situations in your life are not chance or haphazard. They are actually yours. They are specifically yours, designed specifically for you by a part of you that loves you more than anything else. The part of you that loves you more than anything else has created roadblocks to lead you to yourself. You are not going in the right direction unless there is something pricking you in the side, telling you, “Look here! This way!” That part of you loves you so much that it doesn’t want you to lose the chance. It will go to extreme measures to wake you up, it will make you suffer greatly if you don’t listen.
What else can it do? That is its purpose.”
One-on-one therapy
I am a therapist and yoga and meditation teacher sharing about healing, awareness and connection through a compassion-focused lens. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University with a specialization in spirituality, mind and body and I use my clinical experience in conjunction with holistic methodologies to help you reconnect with yourself and your innate healing potential.
